Description

This Request for Construction Tender (the “RFC”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Halifax Infirmary (“HI”) Cath Lab & Burn Units Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) Electrical Redundancy.

This RFC is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. This project is for the supply and installation of manual transfer switches to provide redundant power sources to the mechanical HVAC services supporting the Cardiac Cath Labs and Burn Unit/Intensive Care Unit (“ICU”) at the Halifax Infirmary.

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the HI Cath Lab & Burn Units HVAC Electrical Redundancy Project located at 1796 Summer Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia for a Stipulated Lump Sum Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
