Description

This Request for Pre-qualifications (“RPQ”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide services for on-demand and project-related exterior renovation work at Civida-managed residential properties located within the City of Edmonton. Civida requires contractor services in several different discipline categories to complete various scopes of exterior renovation work comprised of both on-demand work and planned projects. The on-demand work will support Civida’s Facilities and Maintenance teams in addressing maintenance requests.
