Description

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide multi-disciplinary engineering and professional services for the Shepard Regional Sanitary Lift Station and Forcemain Project. This project involves the design and construction of a new sanitary regional lift station (RLS) and associated forcemain connecting to the existing shepard sanitary trunk. This project will play a key role in advancing The City’s commitment to investing in capital infrastructure that supports urban and industrial growth and economic development.

This project anticipates the following Phases:
• Phase 1: Options Analysis and Conceptual Design
• Phase 2: Preliminary and Detailed Design, and Procurement Documents Preparation (Optional Future Phase)
• Phase 3: Procurement Process Support and Contract Administration (Optional Future Phase)
• Phase 4: Commissioning, Post-Construction Services and Project Closeout (Optional Future Phase)
