Description

Cypress County is undertaking the site clean up of approximately 100,000 tires (volumes may be higher). The site clean up involves on site coordination to facilitate the removal of tires located at a privately owned rural property in Cypress County (13401 Range Road 64, Cypress County). This RFP requires specialized equipment and operators to facilitate safe access, material handling, loading and site restoration activities. The County may engage other contractors to facilitate the RFP – Equipment & Labour for Site Clean Up Page 3/5 responsible disposal of other materials on site, as required. This RFP is specifically for the provision of equipment and related services. The hauling of tires from site is not included in the scope of this RFP and is the responsibility of the Alberta Recycling Management Authority (ARMA).
