Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by the Department of National Defence, WCE Contracts, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta in the form of call ups to carry out electrical services on an "as and when requested".

It is anticipated that up to three Standing Offers will be issued as a result of this request. The standing offer(s) will be issued for a term of three (3) years from date of issuance. The total expenditure over the term is estimated at $1,837,500.00 (including all applicable taxes).

Contractor(s) will be required to be cleared to RELIABILITY status.

Debriefing:

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.

Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
