Requirement

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision for the demolition, transportation and disposal of all materials associated with a single 287 m2 structure with a flat roof and full basement. The building is wood frame construction with vinyl siding. The interior walls are wood studs covered with gypsum board. The wood flooring on the main level is primarily covered with carpets, with the exception of washrooms, kitchen areas and front and back stairs, which are covered with linoleum. The basement floors are painted concrete.

The building is currently unoccupied and located at 9709-99th Street in the village of Ft. Simpson, Northwest Territories. A demolition waste survey has been completed to identify and quantify building materials and infrastructure including hazardous building materials and associated components of the building.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) .

Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit July 22, 2015 at 1:00 PM MDT . Interested bidders are to meet at 9709-99st Ft. Simpson, Northwest Territories.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is optional and is the responsibility of the bidder.

The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit.

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in English.
