Requirement:

Transport Canada requires the supply and delivery of a compact track loader that will be used in an airport environment. The loader must be delivered to the Kuujjuaq airport, Kuujjuaq, Quebec, Canada, J0M 1C0.

Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Trade Agreements: NAFTA /AIT / Canada FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama.

Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements: The requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements: James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement - Inuit Portion. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
