A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide various sized school buses (16 passengers and above), with operators on an as required basis for the Department of National Defence (DND) Calgary, Alberta in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.

It isCanadas intention to issue up to three (3) standing offers for the City of Calgary, one (1) standing offer for the City of Red Deer, one standing offer for the City of Lethbridge and one (1) standing offer for the City of Medicine Hat.

The period ofthe Standing Offer will be from date of issuance for one year period, with two (2) additional one year option periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
