The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Voice Communication System (VCS) to be installed at 4 Wing, 42 Radar Squadron, Cold Lake, Alberta, and it also includes the option to procure training, service support and a second VCS for12 escadron de radar, 3ere, Bagotville, Quebec. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one year with two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

This requirement corresponds to GSIN 58, Electrical and Electronic Equipment components.

This requirement is subject to Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
