Requirement: The 2nd Canadian Division Support Base, Valcartier (Base Valcartier) of the Department of National Defence (DND) needs to acquire four (4) open reversible snow pushers with retraction blade, to be used with three (3) different wheel loaders (Komatsu 380, John Deere 644K and Case 821). The requirement includes delivery to Base Valcartier.
