Description

Trade Agreement: NAFTA/CFTA/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements:

The closing date of the Request For Proposal is changed from September 18 to September 25, 2017, 2pm.

Requirement:

To supply liquid nitrogen, as and when ordered, including one supplier owned storage tank, in accordance with the Requirement at Annex "A" of the Request for Proposal.

Client:

Natural Resources Canada Laurentian Forestry Centre 1055rue du P.E.P.S. Quebec,

Quebec G1V 4C7 Canada

Contract Period: From November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2022 (5 years) inclusive.

Rental Tank: The Contractor must supply, install and maintain a 700 to 900 US gallons tank capacity.

EstimatedQuantity: The estimated annual quantity of 54,000 liters is based on an average quantity of liquid nitrogen purchased over the past 5

years.

Delivery frequency: The frequency of delivery is 2 to 3 times a month.

Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free

Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
