Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) We requires one (1) complete BioAnalyzer System.

The BioAnalyzer is being purchased to replace an existing BioAnalyzer that is over 10-years old.

The BioAnalyzer will be used to assess the quality and quantity of DNA and RNA from organisms that have been exposed to stressors either in the laboratory or in situ.

The instrument will also be used to assess the quality and quantity of TruSeq cDNA libraries prior to sequencing them in a NextSeq instrument. The instrument must be approved by Illumina for use in assessing the quality and quantity of TruSeq libraries.

Supply, delivery and installation must be completed on or before March 31, 2018.
