Description

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the procurement of nicotine patches, nicotine gum, and nicotine lozenges.

The nicotine patches required are in three (3) strengths (7mg, 14mg, and 21mg), the nicotine gum required are available in two (2) strengths (2mg, and 4mg) and the nicotine lozenges required are in three (3) strengths (1mg, 2mg, and 4mg).

The patches, gum, and lozenges are to be provided on an as-and-when requested basis and delivered to various DND bases across Canada.

The period for placing orders and rendering services against the Standing Offer shall be for a period of two (2) years starting from June 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020 inclusive.

An option to extend the Standing Offer for two (2) additional one (1) year periods may apply from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 and from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
