For the provision of all materials, equipment, labour, supervision and expertise necessary for the British Military to conduct its summer and winter mountaineering Adventure Training programmes (Exercise MOUNTAINEERING) within Western Canada.

Exercise Mountaineering encompasses four (4) mountain based activities which are rock/ice climbing and ski/alpine mountaineering.

Period of Contract:

The contract will be for a firm two year period from June 1, 2013 to 30 April, 2015, with a further one year option from May 1, 2015 to 30 April, 2016

The winter season runs from 1 November through to 31 March and the summer season runs from 1 April to 31 October.

"The requirement is subject to a preferenceths.

Reason for Single Tendering Conditions:

In accordance with the Government Contract Regulation exception, this requirement is being directed to the proposed Contractor who is the only known company capable of performing the contract.
