REQUIREMENT: To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, material and equipment for the Militaries Armouries,

for the Department of National Defence (DND), located in Sherbrooke (Quebec) Canada.

The services must be provided in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached at Annex "1"

Contract period is for to two (2)

years, from November 1st, 2013 to October 31st, 2015

with a possibility of

three (3) individual optional years.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on September 12,

2013 at 10:30 am at Belvedere Military Armoury, 64 Belvedere South, Sherbooke,

Quebec.

At the same time a trip to the other

Military Armoury located at 315 Williams Street, Sherbrooke, Quebec will take place, at the bidder's expense.

This procurement is subject to Security requirements.

PROJECT ESTIMATE: between $500,001 and $ 1,000,000
