SNOW PLOWING AND LANDSCAPING

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required for snow plowing and landscape services at Fort Massey Cemetery located in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Period of this Services contract will be two (2) initial years plus one option year, if required.

INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Chukwudi Chinye, telephone (902) 496-5476, facsimile: (902) 496-5016, and email- chukwudi.chinye@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.

This requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada -Peru; Canada-Columbia trade agreements, andquires 3250 horizontal display easel binders. The units require one VAC imprint on the binders.

All units must be delivered to VAC on or before September 1, 2015, 2,200 English units delivered to Veterans Affairs Canada located in Charlotteotwn, PE and 1050 French units delivered to Hôpital Sainte-Anne located in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both offical languages of Canada
