Description

TITLE:

Performance of Pre-employment Polygraph (PEP) Examinations, Quebec City, Quebec.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking to establish Standing Offer Agreement to perform polygraph examination services on an ‘as and when required’ basis in accordance with established protocol and procedures. The work will be performed in Quebec City, QC. The work is described in detail in the Request for Standing Offer.

This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is intended to issue one (1) Standing Offer Agreement with bilingual (English and French) resource to the responsive Offeror. This is described in detail in the Request for Standing Offer.

The Offers will be evaluated using mandatory and point-rated criteria. To be considered responoffer for a period of three (3) firm years consecutively.
