Description

An advanced contract award notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meet the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or be le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) à.

La valeur maximale de cet AOP est de 300 000 $ pour une durée de deux (2) ans à partir de la mise en place. Cet AOP pourra être prolongé de deux périodes d’un (1) an chacune et augmenté d’une valeur de 150 000 $, si nécessaire, pour chaque période additionnelle.

Les renseignements fournis par les sociétés d'experts-conseils intéressées seront évalués à partir des critères établis dans la demande de propositions abrégées. Les facteurs d'évaluations utilisés auront trait aux réalisations antérieures et à l'expérience, ainsi qu'aux expertises techniques et de gestion. L'objectif de cette demande de propositions abrégées est de sélectionner l’expert-conseil avec le pointage le plus élevé.

Ce marché suit une procédure d'appel d'offres conformément au chapitre 10 de l'ALÉNA.

Les exigences de sécurité pour cet AOP sont identifiées dans les documents de la DPA .

Les sociétés qui estiment posséder les qualités requises pour fournir les services demandés, sont invitées à soumettre leurs propositions abrégées sur les formulaires que l'on peut obtenir en s'adressant à MERX en téléphonant au
