TITLE: Courier and Mail services for the Regional Office in Québec City

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Quebec Region, wishes to contract a company specialized in courier and mail services for its regional office in Québec City.

This is for the provision of an internal and external courier service from the mail room of the regional Fisheries and Oceans Canada office at 104, rue Dalhousie, Québec City.

Please see the attached RFP for additional information.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The contract period is from date of contract to March 31, 2018 with option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.

ENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATION

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than

EIGHT (8)

calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price will be recommended for award of a contract.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

There is a security requirement associated with this bid solicitation.

The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
