1. TITLE

Portable Latrines - Edmonton, Alberta

2. REQUIREMENT

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) -

Edmonton has a requirement for (1) the monthly rental of 21 portable latrines, complete with hand sanitizer dispensers, on an annual basis, to include twice per week servicing, invoiced monthly (2) additional portable latrines, complete with hand sanitizer dispensers, on an "as and when requested" basis, by the day, week or month (with servicing on an "as and when requested" basis), invoiced monthly, for possible emergency water main breaks and water shutdowns (3) rental of hand wash stations by the day, week or month, on an "as and when requested" basis, for possible emergency water main breaks and water shutdowns (4) the weekly servicing of two septic tanks located at Bldg. 409 (Range Control Access) & Bldg. 322 (Ablution Bldg. at ATS weapons range), invoiced monthly.

3. PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT

The estimated period of the contract is three (3) years.

4. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
