Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) will be establishing up to four (4) Contracts an “as and when requested” basis for a health services provider to provide Occupational Health assessment services in accordance with generally accepted professional standards for assessing fitness for duty and immunization services to Canadian police personnel and their dependants being deployed to, and returning from, international postings / missions. The contracts will be by geographical locations as follows: Workstream 1 for Ottawa, and Toronto, ON; Workstream 2 for Montreal and Quebec City, QC; Workstream 3 for Edmonton, AB; and Workstream, 4 for Vancouver, BC.

The Contractor must demonstrate expertise in Travel Medicine and Occupational Health. The Contractor must provide these medical and psychological health services, as well as their overall coordination.

The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is February 4, 2019.

Basis of selection: Proposals will be evaluated using mandatory and point-rated criteria. The successful bid will be selected on the basis of Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%).
