IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Since June 1st 2013, Canada makes available Notices of Proposed Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) at Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties.

Inthe event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The workincludes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labor, material, pick and delivery services, and all necessary equipment to carry out the services for body repair and paint of mobile equipment of CFB Bagotville.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TOCONTRACT AWARD - CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
