INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed tenders will be received by Facilities Management, Reception Office, 767 Kings College Road, Fredericton, NB, E3B 5A3, until 3:00 p.m. Atlantic time, Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 with public opening immediately following the deadline for their receipt, for the following project:

Specifications, drawings and tender documents may be obtained from the project contact person, Bev McAllister, Site Coordinator, Facilities Management, Telephone 506-453-4889, Fax 506-453-5183, email bmcallis@unb.ca upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of $30.00 per set. ($34.50 including HST).
Bid documents are on display at the Construction Association Offices in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton.
Project includes the installation of a new roof top heat pump unit, associated duct work, AC unit and an ERV system.
Tenders shall be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, Section 00100.
A site visit to examine existing conditions and drawings and specifications is strongly recommended before submitting a tender. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am Atlantic on Tuesday, March 20th, 2018.
A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, or Certified Cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price including taxes must accompany your Tender submission.
The terms and conditions of the NB Procurement Act and Atlantic Procurement Agreement apply.
The University is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to reject any or all tenders for whatever reason or reasons the University deems proper at its own discretion.
