Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 2:00 P.M., local time, August 23, 2018.
The Work consists generally of the supply and installation of approximately 1130 lineal metres of PVC sanitary sewer pipe (200 to 250 mm dia.) complete with precast concrete structures and services; 740 lineal metres of PVC/PVCO water main pipe (150 to 250 mm dia.) complete with fittings and services, an HDD highway ramp crossing consisting of HDPE water and sewer pipe, and site restoration consisting of lawns, road shoulders and asphalt trench repairs.

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of St. Stephen, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of St. Stephen reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
