Consulting Services' may submit documents in response to this SOR.

The City of Calgary invites the Listed Consultants from RFSO 18-2022 Stakeholder Research Consulting Services to submit a bid response to conduct the 2019 Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw Review Research. The research will include a telephone survey of Calgarians, including those who own pet, cats or dogs and those who do not. The City at its sole discretion, may extend scope of work to include research of up to four (4) focus groups.

Agreement Term: Project-specific, anticipated completion date by 2020 January 10.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
