Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Town of Sylvan Lake to qualified Proponents to submit proposals to provide services to desludge two aerated cells, Cells 1 and 3, at the Town’s sewage lagoons. The total expected volume of biosolids/sludge for this project phase is estimated at 12,000 cubic metres (in-situ). Desludging and dewatering work is expected to occur as soon as when the ice cover is off the two treatment cells (April-May 2018).

An optional pre-bid site meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 9:30am MST at the Municipal Operations Building located at 1 Industrial Drive. For those planning to inspect the site, PPE including safety footwear and high visibility clothing apparel is required.
