Description

The Royal Alberta Museum (RAM) is looking for a Contractor to configure and maintain a strong, secure public Wi-Fi network in the RAM lobby and galleries. The goal is an effortless gateway to the internet that enriches the experience of RAM guests. Visitors should be able to connect to the Royal Alberta Museum Wi-Fi network on their personal devices and be taken to a gateway page. This page should be a branded experience, following the Royal Alberta Museum’s internal style guidelines and should list the network’s terms and conditions. Once visitors accept the terms and conditions, they are granted access to RAM’s Wi-Fi network.

This project will utilize RAM’s existing network - a fully redundant topology built on Brocade switch architecture. A separate VLAN will segregate all public Wi-Fi traffic from the rest of the network.

Wireless network hardware is already installed and tested.
