Description

Service Alberta intends to extend its current contract with IBM Canada Ltd. for IMAGIS Services for up to two years to December 31, 2020. The Province is completing a competitive procurement process for an ERP solution to replace IMAGIS. This extension will allow for the completion of the procurement process and transition to the new solution while maintaining business continuity.
The proposed extension with IBM will include provisions to allow for unbundling of services during the term of the extension.
