Description

This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision, implementation, training and maintenance of a Registration Management Software System that serves the current and future needs of RDC’s School of Continuing Education (“SCE”).

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of RDC to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for additional terms.

Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage method in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with RDC.
