This National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) is for the supply, delivery and off-loading of specialized wildland fire management equipment listed in Annex A as required by Parks Canada Agency (PCA). To maintain national standards for water delivery systems all hardware must be interchangeable with existing equipment. The Waterax components and estimated quantities are listed in Annex B Basis of Payment. No substitutes will be accepted. The period of the Standing Offer is from date of issuance to March 31, 2023 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

NOTE: This requirement 5P420-190463/A is posted concurrently with 5P420-190463/A which is set aside for Aboriginal businesses. The Basis of Selection will be lowest priced offer meeting all mandatories, but in the case of duplicate lowest offer amounts the Aboriginal set-aside 5P420-190463/B will take priority.
