Answer #1:
As per section 8 of tender document: If the house count is of importance, the Contractor must do his own count as no figures will be provided. There will be NO allowance to compensate for address point count increases or decreases in any collection zone for the duration of this contract.

NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONTRACT NUMBER MEM-2020-01
Tender for Memramcook Residential WASTE COLLECTION & DISPOSAL
Sealed tenders will be received by the Village de Memramcook located at 540 Centrale Street in Memramcook, NB until 10 a.m., on January 23rd, 2020, for residential waste collection and disposal to Southeast eco360 facility located at 100 Bill Slater Drive, Berry Mills, New Brunswick.
