Description

Alberta Agriculture and Forestry (AAF), Wildfire Telecommunications and Facilities (WTF) invites formal written proposals for the modular construction of one new 50 Person Kitchen / Diner as listed below, to be located at the Cold Creek Fire Base. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan and elevation drawings. Building Construction including all interior details must be completed by March 31st, 2020.

Cold Creek Fire Base is located approximately 59 km East of Edson on Hwy 16 turn north at Range Road 114B; drive 1.3 kms north into the Cold Creek fire base site.

Legal Land Description is SW-29-53-11-W5.

Kitchen / Diner

The 50 Person Kitchen / Diner is 28â€™ x 68â€™ comprised of two 14â€™ x 68â€™ modules, and a 12â€™ x 14â€™ Porch / Boot Room, and a 12â€™ x 14â€™ Dry Storage, complexed together with a gable roof over the entire structure.

The Kitchen / Diner is to be constructed as per attached floor plan drawing.

The decks and steps will be built by the Department after the buildings are put into place.
