ITT20-0024 - Community Services Case Management Software

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (“City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of a Community Services Case Management Software.

The City currently manages its case management records using a Microsoft Access database that was developed internally. Approximately ten (10) employees from the Community Services Department are users of the existing database.

The City requires a Community Services Case Management software to more securely manage client records and ensure compliance with existing counselling and social work standards of practice.

The Case Management software shall:
i) provide a central, secure repository for the maintenance of client records pertaining to the counselling services provided by the City’s Community Services Department;
ii) safeguard the privacy and security of client records;
iii) schedule client meetings;
iv) produce pre-defined reports;
v) track client goals and progress;
vi) enable automated workflows, notifications, and alerts; and
vii) enable correct record retention and export of records in standard formats when required.
