Description

Beiseker School will receive a complete mechanical room upgrade as follows:
1) Replace existing boilers with new
2) Replace heating circulation pumps, expansion tanks, glycol system, and heating specialties associated with hot water heating system
3) Replace main AHU
4) Rebuild gym AHU
5) Replace pneumatic controls with DDC in mech room
6) Replace pneumatic controls with DDC within school (separate line item on price sheet)
7) Replace domestic water heater
8) Replace slab and install a drainage system below slab with new sump and pumps
9) Clean all ductwork and plenum spaces within school, includes before and after photos
