TIME in the boardroom of the Moncton Fire Department, 800 St. George Blvd., Moncton,
N.B.. The purpose of this meeting will enable all prospective firms to understand the
scope of this project, clarify any aspects of the Proposal document, and familiarize
themselves with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions of the RFP. The City of Moncton
strongly encourages Bidders who wish to have their Proposal submission considered attend
this pre-bid meeting.
