Description

1.This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

2.The City of Calgary requires professional and accredited cleaning, inspection, repair, alterations, and tracking services on performed work of all uniformed staff duty gear, coveralls, flash hoods, helmet liners and inserts, gloves, exposed uniforms apparel and underclothes to meet the
requirements of NFPA 1851 (latest edition) and NFPA 1971 (latest edition).

3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Initial Term of contract is valid for two (2) years, with option to renew up to four (4) times for two (2) years each time.
