Description

1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary is seeking a Supplier who can supply and deliver parts for Flat Deck Project.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The term of the Agreement will be for initial term of one year and may be renewed for up to two times for two years each time.
