Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

To use epost Connect to submit your bid, or to get more information on its use, please send an email to the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit’s generic address at TPSGC.orreceptiondessoumissions-orbidreceiving.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, at least six (6) days before the Request for Standing Offers closing date.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Requirement: The Department of National Defence, Garrison Petawawa, Real Property Operations Unit Detachment (RPOU DET) requires a three (3) year Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply all labour, materials, tools, and equipment required for the inspection, service and repairs for Overhead Doors at the Main Petawawa Garrison, on "an as and when requested" basis to Real Property Operations (RP Ops), Garrison Petawawa.

The period of the resulting Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from December 1, 2020 to November 30, 2023.

It is the intention of Canada to issue one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement.

Canadian Content Restrictions: The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

Security Requirements: There are security requirements associated with this requirement.

Debriefings: Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
