Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Transport Canada, has a requirement for two new (most current manufacturer model year in production, at bid closing) compact tractors in accordance with the specifications, detailed in the Request for Proposal. One unit is to be delivered to the Saint John Ferry Terminal in Saint John, NB and one unit is to be delivered to the Digby Ferry Terminal in Digby, NS.

Delivery required by December 31, 2020 for both destinations.

Due to Covide-19, Our Mail Room has reduced hours of operation: Open from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Monday to Thursday, and closed on Fridays.

Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with all mandatory requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
