The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the full range of
Engineering Services. These include: Complete Site Survey; Geotechnical Investigation; Preliminary
Engineering Report; Detailed Design; Environmental Approvals; Plan/Profile Drawings; Design
Cross-Sections; Tender Preparation; Material Testing; Construction Surveying; Construction
Supervision; and Post Construction Services for the 2021 Road Rehabilitation of Riviere Qui Barre.
