Sealed tenders will be received by the Senior Procurement Officer, AAFC until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Tuesday, September 15, 2020, for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Summerland Research and Development Centre, Summerland, BC, Contract No. 24 – Skylight Glazing Replacement. The work generally consists of the replacement of the skylight glazing at the Summerland Research and Development Centre, 4200 Highway 97, Summerland, British Columbia.

Non-Mandatory Site Visit

There will be a non-mandatory site visit on August 19, 2020 at 10:00 AM MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at the Summerland Research Centre.

Please be advised that there will be a limit of two (2) representatives per bidder attending the site visit. Bidders are requested to RSVP to the site contact, Anthony Cesare, Facilities Manager, (250-404-3350 or anthony.cesare@canada.ca) by August 17, 2020 at 12:00 PM MDT. Should there be sufficient interest in site visit attendance, AAFC may assign time slots to bidders in an effort to maintain social distancing protocols.

In accordance with provincial health regulations, interested bidders must be symptom free, wear a face mask and disposable gloves and observe social distancing from others on site.
