Description

This project is a collaborative public development between the ministries of Seniors and Housing (SH) and Alberta Health (AH). The intention is to increase continuing care capacity in Manning, Alberta by incorporating continuing care spaces in seniors lodges.
The scope of this project includes the redevelopment of the existing Del Air Lodge. This new development will add 37 new seniors lodge spaces and 16 new designated supportive living level 4 (DSL4) spaces to the existing facility (53 new spaces total).
