SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE EXTENSION

Solicitation closing date is postponed from October 8, 2020 to October 13, 2020.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The requirement is:

a) To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Pierre Radisson, during the fall layout at Section 97 of the Port of Quebec. In accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Requirement attached as Annex A.

b) to carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above.

PROPOSED WORK PERIOD

Work is to commence and be completed as follows:

Start of Work:October 20, 2020 or as per ship’s availability. End of Work:December 4th, 2020 or 7 weeks following start of the work
