Description

This Request for Bids ("RFB") is an invitation to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the review and redesign of correctional officer selection criteria and processes.
Scope of Work
The Ministry is required to select and hire correctional officers that fit the knowledge, skills, abilities, core competencies and the psychological profile required for the job while minimizing negative barriers to employment. The Vendor is required to perform an analysis of the Ministry’s screening processes and make recommendations for specific selection criteria, assessment tools and processes to be adopted by the Ministry. The Ministry requires a draft report and a final report in 2021.
