Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Marine Atlantic Inc. requires a supplier to provide institutional laundry and dishwashing chemicals and the supply and maintenance of chemical dispensing equipment on the Marine Atlantic fleet.

The chemicals are for use in onboard commercial dishwashers, galley and bar sinks, and laundry facilities.

The current fleet consists of four vessels: MV Blue Puttees, MV Highlanders, MV Leif Ericson, and MV Atlantic Vision.

The primary terminals are located at North Sydney, NS and Port aux Basques, NL.

MAI reserves the right to add or remove vessels from the fleet during the service period.

The Standing Offer is for a period of two years from date of award with two optional periods:

Option Period 1 for two years; and Option Period 2 for one year.

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Standing Offer Authority, linda.k.richard@pwgsc.gc.ca, no later than five (5)

calendar days before the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
