2023-0002 - Sustainable Place-Making Project

Through the Sustainable Place-Making Project, RBG is aiming to achieve the following objectives:
1.Become a national centre for environmental excellence.
2.Grow audiences.
3.Increase net revenues.
4.Become a tourist destination over time, and
5.Provide visitor experiences year-round.

RBG is looking to form a long-term engagement with a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team for the development planning, detailed project design and construction for a range of multi-year projects with time horizons of one to five years; six to ten years; and, beyond ten years. The engagement will be for a five-year term with the opportunity to extend beyond the initial term.

RBG is inviting a team of design professionals to join the RBG Team in realizing the vision for the Sustainable Place-Making Project by further developing the Master Plan Framework, providing detailed option assessments, identifying priority projects through phased development, supporting decision-making through sound business cases, and achieving capital campaign targets through compelling cases of support are just a few of the unique requirements for the winning Design Team.
