Description

Develop a solid understanding of the current state of the workplace culture of the OR and Obstetrics by, at a minimum, interviewing the Chief of Staff, VPCO, VPMA, Administrative and Medical Director, reports from recent harassment complaints and Sault Area Hospital Standards of Performance.
Provide expert support to the Administrative and Medical directors in developing and executing on a documented plan with priority actions, milestones and performance measures that will improve the culture, including ‘on the ground’ help for implementation.
Have experience in respectful workplace cultural improvement in health care settings.
