Bill of Materials (BOM) listing the specified VMware Licensing in Appendix E.
5 Year VMware direct production support and software subscription for all quoted licenses listed in Appendix E.
Provide Project Implementation, design, and support services. Please list these services separately from the equipment BOM.
VMware Certified Partner
VMware Certified Implementation and Support team
Dedicated Account Manager
Defined Escalation procedure including VMware.
Direct access to VMware support site with access to all software updates, patches, and downloads available for Sault Area Hospital licensing under VMware support.
Demonstrated minimum 3 Years’ experience providing implementation and support for VMware based Data Centre environments at an Enterprise level.
Provide a minimum of 3 references of similar scope.
