Additional Bidding Instructions

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposed pricing, alternatives and options from each Proponent, to provide SaskPower with the design, supply, and installation of Helical Pier / Screw Pile Foundations for SaskPower Transmission Line Assets (wood & steel pole structures), as further detailed in Appendix A - Requirements and Specifications. The Work is required in the two (2) identified sections of Saskatchewan - (1) North (regions North of Davidson, SK, and including Davidson, SK); (2) South (regions South of Davidson, SK). This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier. This RFP is available on MERX, and all amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will also be posted on MERX.
