T&S’ support model involves a large volume of staff augmentation resources. This model can be quite expensive and most of the delivery risk rests with SaskPower. Through market research and internal analysis, T&S has determined that the delivery of our application services can be performed more efficiently and effectively by leveraging vendor managed services. In the Application Managed Services (AMS) model, the vendor is responsible for managing the delivery of services to achieve outcomes within a framework of contractually specified service levels. T&S wants to issue a competition for a supplier(s) to provide services for one or more of our bundles of applications.

This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.
